• Schedule a visit to explore our daycare environment.
• Complete the registration form with accurate child and parent information.
• Submit the required documents, including identification, emergency contact details, and any medical information.
• Review and sign the Parent Handbook and daycare policies.
• Pay the applicable registration fee to confirm your child’s enrollment.
• Receive confirmation along with your child’s start date and onboarding information.

Withdrawal Policy

To ensure smooth planning for both families and our daycare, please review our withdrawal guidelines:

• Parents are requested to provide at least 30 days’ written notice before withdrawing a child from Pampa Day Home.
• Fees paid for registration are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the enrollment agreement.
• Tuition fees remain payable during the notice period, regardless of attendance.
• Any outstanding balances must be cleared before the withdrawal process is completed.
• If a child is absent for an extended period without prior communication, enrollment may be reviewed.
• Parents should collect all personal belongings and complete any required exit documentation before the child’s final day.
